The stages are ready for the bands! For all vistors who are planning to come to us on Saturday, 24th June, please note, that we are nearly sold out. We have only 20 oder 30 tickets left – and we are sure that we’ll sell them till next Tuesday or Wednesday. So be fast! Or come tu us on Froiday, when from 6.45pm on such classy bands like Grachmusikoff, Kids of Adelaide, Alan Doyle, Sound of the Sirens, Steve’n’Seagulls and The Hooters are rocking the area. Tickets costs 45 Euro (presale) and 49 Euro (box office).
Dear Festival Visitors: This year, in consultation with the authorities and the police, we have taken a few measures that are new to us all. The most important are: We have pushed the intake times by half an hour. We make bag and person checks. And we do not accept big bags and rucksacks anymore. Sorry, even professional photo equipment is only registered press representatives as well as our own photo team allowed.
We have summarized all the information on security here for you. We want to do everything we can to ensure a harmonious and peaceful festival together – and ask for your understanding if there are waiting times at the entrance.
We are looking forward to the 4th blacksheep Festival on Thursday to Saturday, 22th to 24th June. Tickets we send by mail are no longer available than Thursday, 15th June, 12pm. Tickets to print at home are available until 12am on the same festivalday.
The winner of the 4th blacksheep Bandcontest and the FÖRCH Award is called: DOTE. Congratulation! But thanks to IZE, Alex Fischer and Paradision as well: All the four bands played very good and presented us an hot evening in Bonfeld. DOTE is a young band from Essen in Nordrhein-Westfalen, played for the first time in our region and found immediately new friends. For what DOTe dotes is easy to find out: The band stands for danceable guitar music. For an independent pop with an own style, classy riffs and easy going melodies combined with the sound of a synthesizer. After a brilliant start into the year with a sold out reading with Ingrid Noll (you may not know in the UK or USA, but you should!) and a sold out concert with Ray Wilson (Stilskin, Genesis) we make a short break before we present on Saturday, 22nd April, our blacksheep bandcontest. We are looking forward getting there the last unknown act for the blacksheep festival, 22nd till 24th June.
